Worked on the Blog Content Team focusing specifically on HubSpot’s blogging experience. Improved the UX/UI of major features and new products within HubSpot’s blogging tool. Worked with other content designers, product managers and developers.
Conducted user interviews, collected data, workshopped and problem-solved difficult design problems within HubSpot blog team and other content teams with the aim to improve adoption, usability, reliability, and efficiency.
